Find peace & serenity in this special cozy private bedroom located directly across from the ocean & take in the beautiful ocean views. Located directly next to the ocean, this peaceful feeling private bedroom with one queen-sized bed is nestled into a 4-bedroom townhouse & has beautiful ocean views from the bedroom, as well as from some of the shared common areas. This is a private room inside of a shared house. There may be guests or host in other bedrooms, and the indoor & outdoor common areas such as living room, office, kitchen, dining area, other bathrooms, laundry room, front yard, back deck, backyard, sauna, hot tub, driveway parking area, etc. are shared with other guests & host. Guests may be able to add an additional guest for an extra fee if they’re willing to share queen-sized bed in bedroom, guests also may be able to book an additional private room for an extra fee. Full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in unit, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, living room, dining area, flatscreen cable TV & high-speed Wi-Fi. Townhouse includes outdoor seating & grill. Propane tank for grill provided. Outdoor shower, & picnic area. Hot tub may be available some months for an extra fee. 1 off-street parking spot is included. There are 2 friendly cats in the townhouse which may be in any common area at any time.

Bed comfortable. Clean. Many massage machine options in the home. Some cosmetic damage. The door to my room didn't stay shut nor able to lock it due to broken door jam. No courtesy notification of other new tenants coming. I was told "You should assume all rooms are rented", which wasn't a problem but it would be nice to know we are expecting someone new for safety. Both myself and another tenant were startled by a male just walking in. Dryer not working and the dining room chair is about to collapse! Other than that...I enjoyed the comfort of the waves crashing nearby.
My unit was well stocked and near to the beach. They moved me the day of check-in to a different unit than the one I reserved - bigger and with a private bath! It had everything needed, and more amenities than I had time to use! (This wonderful accomodation made up for my initial negative feelings with a very rude/inconsiderate/uncaring person online wrt booking modifications well in advance.) The owners from check-in on were extrememly responsive, nice and helpful with everything. I enjoyed talking with the resident who helped manage the place. There are many lights and things plugged in that others commented on; I simply turned several off. The location was very convenient for me, and my parking was off the street.
Matthew was an outstanding host, beautiful and welcoming environment.
Daniel is an amazing soul, I felt like I was supposed to be there when I was there, and the house is a whole vibe just by itself “ if you know you know“

Located in the North Beach area of Hampton Beach, this is a quiet, peaceful accessible neighborhood, the private room is located directly across from the ocean with ocean access. The main beach/boardwalk area of Hampton Beach is about a 5 min drive. North Hampton Beach is about a 5 min drive & Jenness Beach is about a 10 min drive. There are several restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within a 5-7 min drive. Portsmouth is about a 15-20 min drive north & Newburyport is about a 15-20 min drive south. Boston is about a 45-60 min drive south.
Guests will need a car to access most places. Guests can walk to the ocean in less then 1 min.
