In a quiet village, ideal if working in the area or taking a break with local pub within walking distance. Has close access to main roads to two seaside spots of Skegness & Hunstanton. Towns of Spalding and Boston a short distance . Is fully equipped. Parking for two cars in the front and has a back garden with seating. Double bed, and additional sofa bed for your use. There is a washing machine, hob and oven . Takeouts & delivery are available &local pubs with food 2 miles away The rooms are generous and the outside space is easily accessible. The sofa bed has bedding supplied and there is plenty of storage space in the wardrobes and drawers.

Perfect, home from home. I stayed for three months. No issues. Very comfortable. Very good facilities. Ann is a most perfect host.

Great location and place! Ann supplied all the necessaries for breakfast to get you going for the day. Plenty of towels and pillows. Magnificent garden and comfy beds! Nice and warm at night, although bring slippers as the floors are cold! We can’t wait to come and stay again to get to know the area and enjoy a peaceful night of sleep without a single noise around!

Small village with lots of open spaces. Play park with swings etc 5 min walk away.

We are in between two of the main costal areas of Skegness and Hunstanton, and Boston and Spalding are a few miles away. The town of Holbeach and the villages of Whaplode and Moulton are local and provide access to shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. There is no bus service passing through the village but buses are at the top of the road near Moulton , and there is a railway station in Spalding and Boston.
