Lovely stay - would highly recommend. Very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The lodge was cosy with the use of the log burner. The hot tub looks onto the river and hills with a lot of privacy and gorgeous surrounds. Walk routes were recommended, the walk to Foyers Fall is very picturesque. Overall a great stay.
We stayed for a week with our two young children and found the lodge cosy and clean. Unfortunately we were all quite poorly off and on so didn’t get out and about to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as much as we would have liked! But the lodge was pretty well equipped, cosy especially with the fire on, and the hot tub was a nice bonus for tired adults in the evening! We managed some stargazing and the front of our lodge was lovely and private facing onto the trees and hills. We thought that there would be some laundry facilities which there aren’t, and we couldn’t find the laundrette in Fort Augustus so it’s worth taking that into account. It’s very remote but absolutely stunning location. Would recommend!

Great little cabin for our family stay! Requires a fair bit of driving to enjoy local attractions & amenities!! But on the bright side we could always look forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub with the beautiful sounds of the river flowing near by!
