This duplex style house has beautiful wood floors, local original artwork on the walls and close to the much loved cozy Baha Ba’r restaurant (100% wood and Filipino design). The accommodation is nestled in a lush garden setting 30m from the road (no noise) and only 40 metres from the ocean with a small beach accessed by a sandy path. The ocean has amazing corals and the beach is clean. The unit is a purpose built duplex house divided into two halves Rosal property is bright, faces west and opens on to leafy courtyard. The floor is made of beautiful mahogany wood that was felled locally. A quiet private deck outside for reading and catching up with world by phone. Good wifi and normal modern bathroom fittings (shower no bath).

The pictures of the room more beautiful than reality. The bathroom is behind the restaurant and bar. We couldn't close and lock the door between room and bathroom, hearded the music till 11pm. We know that the Philippines are like that but after the daily excursions, you want to sleep better. As well the sink stopper was blocked, I pushed many times on it but it wasn't possible to open it. The advantage of this resort is to be nearby the famous tourist spots and please the excellent food at the restaurant Baho-bar.

10/10!!! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Direkt vor der Unterkunft ist die Baha Bar mit unglaublich leckerem Essen, freundlichem Personal und jeden Abend gibt es dort live Musik (bis 22Uhr man ist also nicht beim schlafen gestört) Die Lage war außerdem Top! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

We are located 1.5km from San Juan town (various restaurants and basic needs) 25m from Fazenda store - a delicatessen/ wine shop and 250m from a chill sundowner bar (7.30am - 7pm). Lugnason Falls (3km) is a cool spot to relax or jump off a 20m cliff into a refreshing natural pool.

We have motorbikes for hire and in addition we have a van for hire if required which could take you to the famous caves, butterfly farm, any beaches or an island tour
