Our stay was very nice, family area. Quiet neighborhood. Inside the place was spotless and very clean. Woukd definitely stay again.

The space was beautiful and cozy (very peaceful at night & super comfy bed - so appreciative!). The hosts were extremely helpful, great communicators, and thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!

Felt very new! Everything was clean and bright, the bed was extremely comfortable with both soft and firm pillows - I'd stay here again. They provided clear instructions, all necessary amenities, even 2 TVs! The AC was very welcome. They do have kids that you can hear through the wall, but I didn't mind, and they had told me ahead of time. The only cons I'd mention is the neighbor's dog has a scary bark that sounds very angry and close to the entrance, and the living room area is exposed with no window shade.

Eric’s place was exactly as described. It is a comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation. Eric and Eva were friendly, responsive, and flexible hosts. 10/10 would stay here again.
