Никогда не бронируйте эту квартиру, ни дай бог !!! Мы случайно забронировали и даже не заехали туда, увидели что деньги в размере 4.100$ списались с карты спустя два дня после якобы нашего заселения, конечно же логически если человек не заселился и не воспользовался вашими услугами , согласитесь , честно вернуть деньги . Тем более бронь произошла не за месяц ни за год, а всего лишь за 2 дня до заселения, по сути хозяин ничего не потерял, желающих не стояли в очередь , логически было вернуть деньги , что я предложила, даже более, оставить себе за два дня которые уже прошли до моей отмены . Я предложила взять деньги за пару дней после чего я отменила бронь и оставшуюся сумму попросила вернуть, Так как квартира свободна и вы можете дальше ее сдавать без проблем, на что получила отказ. Считаю хозяина не порядочным человеком , это воровство! Никому не желаю иметь дело с такими людьми ! Обогащение таким способом тебе не принесет удачи и эти деньги тоже таким способом не принесут тебе добро!

A really nice flat and gorgeous location. The beach is amazing. The host gives you all information very quickly. Free bikes, coffee machine and kitchen equipment are helpful.

We could not have been happier! We arrived to a beautiful place that the photo's cannot do justice! All the staff and security were extremely helpful during our stay and this made things so much easier! The apartment/villa is beautiful - the pool is right outside the living room! You literally step into the pool from the lounge! The master bedroom as a great sized ensuite and huge bed and the second bedroom is a great size and has a bathroom just right outside it. What we also loved is there is no need for a key so guests can come and go as they like using the keypad that is on the door. The kitchen is also great and the place comes with three tv's for some chill out in air conditioning time which we needed sometimes! There are numerous pools around the complex and the pool outside this place allows you to basically swim all the way down to the beach! There was also a few pool inflatables provided. You can be at the beach in seconds and we often spent our nights at the Monkey bar at the beach drinking and eating or getting massages on the beach! You can hire bikes for free from the complex and cycle to a really nice 7/11 and pharmacy or get a taxi very easily right from the front. It was quite quiet when we were there but we loved that. Took about 20-30mins from the airport and it was around 500baht each way. We had an excellent stay and Pal is really easy to chat to and answered any questions I had very promptly, she also let us check out later! I can't fault this place - if you are looking for a reasonable getaway in Phuket to recharge and relax then this is for you!

Nice place, but under equipped in kitchen, and mattresses too hard. Good wifi though. Careful of the glass sections around the complex - they break far too easily. Reception staff servile but unreliable - and neither of these is good.
