Ricky is indeed a SUPERHOST!! The host you wish you could have on ALL your Airbnb bookings. He is absolutely personable and professional. He and Tina were so welcoming to me from arrival to departure. They demystified that "the British are cold" label because they were as warm as the sunshine I saw (even for a tiny bit in Lewes :). Ricky gave me directions to his place and still waited for me at the bus stop. On arrival, he invited me to have a cup of tea with my green tea option. My place of abode for the two days was private, comfortable, and furnished. Still, I had access to the upstairs facilities. I did not bring the correct power plug for the US-UK electric conversation, so they immediately directed me to the nearest shopping center, where I picked it up. Ricky even gave me a local tour of Lewes when I had opted to walk around alone. I am glad I took up his offer; it was so worth it, and I learned much more about Lewes to add to what Wiki told me. I HIGHLY recommend!

Ricky very kindly offered to pick me up from the rail station as it was raining. I was made to feel very welcome & at home. An excellent host. The room was comfortable & quiet & I was given a pot of milk so I could make coffe for myself in the morning. Very convenient for local amenities in Lewes & Cliffe.
