Come enjoy the solitude of a rustic country escape with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The 18 acre property includes a pool, kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out. Downtown Round Top is just 15 minutes away. This is not a fancy ranch, this is a rural country escape! We do our best with regular pest control, but you may encounter unwanted country intruders like scorpions, spiders, or even an occasional mouse. Please book elsewhere if that’s outside your comfort zone! The house has 2 downstairs bedrooms (primary with a king bed & then a bunk room with 4 twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Plus, a large upstairs loft area with the 3rd bedroom only accessible by a spiral staircase. There is abundant outdoor spaces that will ensure a peaceful country getaway!

This was a great girls weekend location. Very peaceful and well maintained. Sarah was a wonderful host with very fast response. I highly recommend this place for a nice peaceful weekend in nature.
True Southern hospitality. Our pup got lost during our visit and Sarah was so accommodating and kind to our family as our search unfolded. Luckily, we found him! She is such a responsive, amazing host and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Round Top area. The community is wonderful and antiquing can't be beat.

Perfect home for our Round Top girls trip. We had a hiccup with the grill, but Sarah remedied the situation beautifully. Really enjoyed the privacy of the home.
