We live in a friendly, bustling village in the very middle of Devon, set along the road between the market towns of Crediton and Okehampton. We are situated on the beautiful Two Moors Way walking route, and nearby to other trails like the Tarka trail, and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. The village has a pub, a village store, and a lovely garden centre with a café and postoffice, as well as plenty of walks straight from the front door, on footpaths, across fields, or around the country lanes. In addition to the village shop, there is a Waitrose and Lidl in Okehampton, and a large Tesco in Crediton. Nearby Crediton is a vibrant market town, with regular farmers' markets, loads of independent shops and cafes, and plenty going on. We are sat right in the heart of Devon, perfectly situated for everything that the South West has to offer, from beautiful villages with foody pubs, loads and loads of farm shops, footpaths and bridleways, Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, National Trusts including Castle Drogo and the Teign Valley, day trips to the north and south coast beaches, local national trails, trips out to Exeter and Topsham, paddle boarding on rivers, quays and beaches...

Car:
We are in a village in the heart of Mid-Devon, but still have easy access to the A30, to get you all around Devon and Cornwall. There is plenty of free parking here, in our drive way, as well as the parish carpark.
Buses:
We are on a rural bus route, and the local bus stops just yards from the property, going to and from the town of Crediton, the small city of Exeter, and all across Mid-Devon.
The 5B bus stops every hour in the daytime up to around 8pm, and less on a Sunday.
Trains:
Exeter is just 2 hours from London, and regular trains and buses bring you to Mid-Devon, and our village.
Our nearest train station is 3 miles away in Copplestone, on the train line between Exeter, Crediton and Barnstaple. Buses bring you direct to Bow village.
From Crediton, you can also get a train to Okehampton, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park.
Coach:
National Express, Megabus and the Falcon Express also serve Exeter, from all across the UK.
