We are a boutique management company specializing in short-term rentals & furnished housing in the beautiful lowcountry of South Carolina. We are local to the lowcountry & have an extensive team in place to assist all of your needs. One of your primary hosts is also a Professor with a PhD in Political Science & has extensive experience in hospitality & customer service, & his co-owner / partner is a builder who knows everything about homes inside & out. And Patricia & Christine are friendly & helpful & responsive hosts & we have a whole team in place to assist you & prepare your homes professionally & with personal touch & care!
