Awesome place, centrally located! Has everything you need. One hot tub was closed due to scheduled maintenance, but had a beautiful view! Upstairs tenant is a morning person. Not very spacious, no closet in the bedroom, but enough room for a couple. I didn't like the shower's water pressure, but still did the trick. Overall enjoyed our stay :)

It was a last minute decision to find a place to stay in Banff and they got back to me right away. Check in was easy, they had someone working in the building who checked me in (similar to a hotel) access codes to get in the building and another to get onto the floor then to get into the room. Room was perfect for what I needed, cozy and clean. New tv. Good pillows. Quiet. Used the hot tub on the rooftop which was a nice option.

No work space. Not for families. Very small space, pictures give you illusion of space.

Wonderful stay in Banff! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and the staff was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
