Perfect location in Salvador. Everyone in the nearby community is like family. I really loved this location and the easy access to the beach Beas perfect. I will come back again someday.

O local fica dentro da comunidade Vila Brandão, local super tranquilo e moradores super receptivos. Já o apto parece maior q na foto, vista linda , ar condicionado e a cama de casa é bem grande ! Voltarei mais vezes

I will start by saying the view of the place is stunning and the neighborhood friendly and y special. However, I had to ask for a refund because the slope to arrive to the place is incredibly steep, specially in the heat and if you have suitcases and Alberto refused to be comprehensive with our situation. The place is fairly modest, and amenities quite old and rusty. Even though the surroundings of the appartment are beautiful, the house is surrounded by stagnant water which attracts loads mosquitos and none of the windows have protection for bugs so sadly we had to keep the windows closed most of the day. The place was not properly clean specially the bathroom, kitchen and sheets. I think the place has potential and we were very excited to spend our vacation there, but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience and had to change our plans and had to find a new place.

Alberto's house in Vila Brandão's community is very cute and has the most amazing golden light and view at sunset. Alberto is super responsive and very flexible. Communicating with him was easy. Finally, Sara, the hostess who opened the door for me and took care of everything during my stay is great and super loving.

Die Unterkunft sieht auf wie auf den Fotos - fabelhafter Sonnenuntergang. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, auf unser Ersuchen wurde zwar nachgeputzt, der Kühlschrank ist in den Dichtungen aber so schmutzig, dass er wohl gewechselt werden müsste. Die defekte Klimaanlage wurde nach 2 Tagen repariert. Die Gerüche sind zum Teil übel, mal stinkt es aus der Kanalisation, mal in der Umgebung nach Urin. Die Umgebung ist sehr einfach, man muss zu fuss gut 10‘ zur Unterkunft auf einem nicht befahrbaren Weg gehen. Ein Quartier in dem nicht alle nachts gerne rumspazieren. Das Meer ist zu fuss in 10‘ erreichbar, gute Badegelegenheit, allerdings sollte man Badeschuhe anziehen wegen der Seeigel.
