This place has potential, but is not ready to be an AirBnB yet. Absolutely everything was dirty. I spent 5 hours cleaning after arrival just in order to use the kitchen and 1 room. Filled a vacuum twice with dirt, dust and hair in one single room and had to clean the vacuum before it could be used since the filter was so clogged. Just terrible in every possible way.

Cali’s listing was perfect for my family. It was right in town and easily accessible for all my families needs during our visit! Price was perfect! Would definitely recommend and will stay when we visit Sullivan again.

Corning stove was a surprise. We really loved the proximity to Sullivan Lake and the little town. We would definitely like to book again in the future 🎣

This place is absolutely charming! The neighborhood is peaceful (my husband commented more than once about how quiet it is), the views across the fields are gorgeous, and we absolutely loved the decor. I enjoyed reading the framed article about the couple who owned the house and raised Shetland ponies here. The kitchen had everything needed (and more!) during our stay. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the linens were very nice. The instructions to get into the house were very clear, and though we arrived later than planned due to traffic, we were in and settled quickly. We would love to stay here again when we're in the area if it's available.
