- 500 meters to the 9-hole golf course and the nice restaurant Järvsöbaden who also has a spa.
- 2 min walk to cross-country tracks with natural snow and hiking all year round as well as lighted running tracks and good mushroom and berry grounds.
- 15 minutes to Harsa by car
- 15 min to Järvsö Klack - Go up during the spring, summer or autumn, don't miss Kvarnen.

- 1 min by car to the indoor padel hall, there are also outdoor courts with a nice view.

- The nearest bath is the Church bath. It can be reached by car in a couple of minutes.
- The nearest mini golf course is the campsite.
- The nearest indoor pool is in Färila (20 min away by car).
- The nearest bowling alley and cinema is 15 minutes away by car to Ljusdal (there you will also find the nice graffiti promenade).
- During summer time you can find the jumping tower in Ljusdal at their campsite or in Bollnäs on the way up or down.
- There is a library down by the school. There you will also find a football field and swings.
