We spent two weeks in Astana at the very beginning of the winter. The flat is in good condition and everything was working during our stay. It was very warm and comfortable to stay there despite of very strong and cold winds at that time in Astana. There is a big supermarket near the accommodation and the main sight sings of Astana are about 15 minutes away by taxi. The flat is suitable for families. The only problem we faced is poor (unstable) Internet connectivity. But it is not problem of this particular accommodation, it is a common problem in Kazakhstan - we faced with the same issues in other places in KZ. Mobile internet sometimes is also not very stable. So if you work remotely I would recommend having a backup mobile internet connection, but please note that KCell/Activ is working poor in this district (try using other mobile operators). Madina is a great host: accuracy, high level of communication. Very pleasant to have deals with such people. Thank you, Madina!
