Extremely clean and spacious retreat for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and the horses provided a serene backdrop for morning coffee. Super house and super host!

This place is worth it for the amazing view. Very kid friendly. The kids loved the horses and pets. We would definitely come back.

What a beautiful, comfortable, fun home, surrounded by gorgeous Blue Ridge mountains views. The living room, kitchen, and downstairs/pool table/living room are warm, inviting, comfortable; perfect for our family gathering. We loved the views of the horses, fields, meadows and mountains from the kitchen windows, from the living room, from the deck, surrounding all around 360 degree mountain views: heavenly, peaceful, serene. Also, everyone had a great time playing pool! I read in a previous review that the beds are all King size and very comfortable; we all agree! Very comfortable and everyone felt right at home. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Our family would love to stay at this beautiful farm again!

I feel the property should allow for more than 12; very comfortable and spacious with 11. Great place; enjoyed patio and game room. just needed a blender
