Charles was an amazing host. This property is beautiful with lots of amenities. It was also very clean and spacious. Charles was very responsive and helped us through any problems we had. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful and peaceful stay away from the big city. The cottage was decorated beautifully with modern style and amenities. The home was so clean and the beds comfy and fresh. We had a great time with all the activities included; cards, board games, pop up soccer net, using the canoe and barbecue all included. My son enjoyed his time playing in the water and we spent lots of our time relaxing on the patio watching chipmunks and birds then watching Netflix in the evenings. Charles was a great host answering all questions , was kind and responded quickly. Sad to go but we are excited to come here again!

Charles’s place is just so peaceful, private and nice! Very quiet neighborhood as well. Stores are 25-30 mins away but we didn’t need to go out for shopping much anyways. It’s close to Port Perry so we went sight seeing from the place. Lake front is a big pros even though there’re water lilies everywhere. The view is just awesome. He let us borrow his canoe and my niece and nephew enjoyed it so much. Thank you, Charles!!!

Charles was very responsive in all of our queries. I cannot say anything bad about his place just except for the bugs that are inside the house when we checked in and some dusts and stains under the furniture which was a bit of a worry because I had a 9 month old baby with me who crawls everywhere. Although there was a vacuum available and we cleaned it but otherwise the place wws perfect if you need to relax. We wanted to stay longer. I definitely recommend his place.
