If you are okay with walking flights of stairs then don’t hesitate to book this place! Walk out beach front was amazing and non crowded compared to down the beach. 1st floor has 2 king rooms w 2 attached bathrooms along with the bunk beds. 2nd floor is just the kitchen and living area. 3rd floor is the master and another king bedroom, each with their own bathroom. There’s a little 4th floor loft with a couple chairs. There’s a coffee shop, boutique that has wine tasting, DQ and shopping right across the street. Definitely recommend eating at Tuscany Italian (everything’s amazing & authentic Italian food), harbor dock, margaritaville (on habor dock which has lots to do there), lulus, and Harry T’s! Very responsive if you need anything while you’re there. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and the location was perfect. We never drove our car the whole time we were there. And the best part was the beach was just steps away from the back door.

We were 8 friends and we went there from different locations. That point is gonna be our future place to meet . We love the area. It is very calm and clean . If you want to share your time with your friends you can spend your time here . Our place had very good location in there. You can access the ocean with stairs . Hot tub was nice next to the ocean . Sunset and sunrise were incredible you must to see both . Ocean is clean , no wave and not deep , , if you like to swim , this place is exactly where you should go. Also , you can find very good place to do activities like jet ski , boat tour , paradise , kinda ….

This home is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the gulf. My family enjoyed the hot tub and easy walk to the beach every day. We traveled with my parents and siblings and the lay out provided privacy for everyone with the main living area dividing the home. We all enjoyed private bathrooms which are connected to each bedroom. In my opinion, the location is worth the price! Absolutely incredible views of the gulf with dolphins fishing during the day. Behind the house are businesses for coffee or pizza which are essential after a long travel day. While traveling with children, we wanted to maximize our beach time and not have to think about our next meal, and there are ample restaurants in the area. Our stay in the master bedroom was perfect. Stunning view from the balcony and comfy beds throughout this location. Our host was responsive and checkin was a breeze. We are hoping to make this a trip that we can make an annual tradition and would love to stay here in the years to come.
