This Airbnb is by far the WORST I have encountered in my several years of using Airbnb. The fault all rests with the host EVOLVE - who are trash . If anyone sees an Airbnb hosted by this company - run . Let’s begin : incorrect gate code . Door does not open on check in . Evolve does not reply to me on the app . In fact they respond an hour later with a phone number which doesn’t work . 2 hours later I get a message from that phone - “ I’m the maid . I’ve no idea . This is the number of the owner , call her “ . Finally aftrr 2.5 hours , we can enter . Also the owner is puzzled why EVOLVE did not give her number. However little did we realize our troubles are only starting after this ordeal . The place doesn’t have hand wash or soap in the bathrooms . The fridge was full of old food - literally 60 percent full . I am used to seeing an almost empty fridge in Airbnb’s . The place was dusty and had an odor that made my parents uncomfortable. The place lacks a TV . The kitchen stove has a hot stove burning that is always on . No microwave in the kitchen. There are old shoes that are lying here and there. It doesn’t feel like an Airbnb . It feels like an unclean home , where the owner left in a hurry and just rented out. I don’t blame the owner though, they rented with EVOLVE who did not do their due diligence . EVOLVE needs to host a property that meets the basic expectations of what one expects in an Airbnb today . I should also point out that after the fiasco with entering the home , EVOLVE decided to go radio silence on me . They did not respond to me for 2 days . At this point I needed to take action from Airbnb with severe complaints . Only then was I able to evoke a response from EVOLVE . For this reason, I highly recommend no one stay here as long as the place is hosted by EVOLVE . In fact if someone cares to read this fully, please avoid any Airbnb with that company. They are cheats who will go radio silence on you at the first sign of a problem.

Lovely place to stay for the weekend. Don't expect being able to walk anywhere in this sleepy neighborhood, but good location if you have a car
