Amazing stay on the lake! Host was amazing, the home was squeaky clean, tons of amenities and what a wonderful view from the deck or the patio on the house. Home had everything you could ever need and some plus an amazing sauna for use! We wish we could stay here longer! Highly recommend and a must stay if you are visiting Watts Bar Lake TN! You won’t find a better stay in that area. Don’t miss out!

The place was really nice, but we were disappointed with a few things. The 4th bedroom was not a full bed, it was a twin and only a child could sleep in it. That room needs to have a bigger bed. The water pump needs to be primed because it was constantly pulsating during a shower or when running water in the sinks. The master bedroom does not have a door to the game room where the bunkbeds are which was disappointing to us. The house should have a regular coffeemaker not just the K-cups maker. Otherwise the house was nice.

Space was accommodating for our guests. Nice lake views. Only “complaints” would be: 1) the downstairs definitely has an odor, specifically the bathroom and the queen bed room. We thought it could be from the water/plumbing down there. The water throughout the house was more of a brownish tint. Would recommend bringing water bottles. 2) the description noted that it had basic items stocked. However there were no hand towels in the kitchen. Only one half way used paper towel roll. Only 5 kcups and no coffee filters. No bathroom toiletries. That’s all fine, but it is a more remote location so we had to go out and buy extra paper towels and basic accommodations that we would have thought would have been included. 3) upon arrival there were some dead flies and spiders noted. You could tell they vacuum and clean where the high traffic areas are but not necessarily moving furniture to be thoroughly clean. We didn’t complain about any of this to the owners, it was not the end of the world

What an adorable spot! We needed a place for 7 & this house perfectly fit our needs. The newly renovated basement has beautiful views and a cozy family room - perfect for a family movie night (which we took advantage of)! The host was super responsive when we reached out asking for a slightly earlier check-in time. They ensured we had PLENTY of towels for each guest (a pet peeve of mine when it’s NOT the case!). We had zero issues with any part of our stay and would highly recommend this one to anyone looking to visit the Spring City area!
