Very nice villa, a great place to stay with a large group. It's well designed and very clean. Surrounding is quite, it was no problem to turn on music outside until midnight:) Around 40 minutes away from Lisboa (depends on the traffic). Can definitely recommend!

Fabulous house with beautiful outside space, surroundings and view! We had a friendly greeting in person and were presented with many delicious snacks and foods! Very much appreciated especially because we arrived late at night after a long journey. On the ground floor there's the kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, one big bathroom and another single toilet. Stairs are going up directly into the Master bedroom (no door) which has it's own shower and toilet (also no doors). So any sound from downstairs will be heard and vice versa. In the separate house there are two bedrooms with connecting door. One of them has a bathroom. There was a surprising midweek cleaning which we appreciated very much!

What a lovely find, the house was gorgeous, charming with fantastic views. The pool was a lovely temperature, quite deep so floaties for kids needed who aren't as confident. Lots of hammocks and sunbeds and spots in the shade. Lots of nice spots around the house outdoors to chill out and read a book/relax. Aircon inside so good for hot days. Although three bedrooms did not have aircon but remain fairly cool from living room aircon. There is no door to the master bedroom and the bathroom inside it either so you need to be fairly close as a family...! It did mean if there is noise by others there with you downstairs you get woken up quickly. The annex has air con and two lovely rooms there too, it did smell of sewage at certain points in the day/night so something to be wary of. The owner had given access to all appliances in the kitchen so cooking was made easier and a good coffee machine for use. They also gave access to bikes and bats/balls which was great. We loved our stay there

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Setubal dans la maison de Guilherme. Située à 15 minutes en voiture de la ville, la maison est un havre de paix avec une très belle vue. Des vélos sont à disposition pour aller se balader sur les routes de campagne. La maison est très belle et bien équipée. Nous avons pu aussi savourer les figues cueillies nous même dans le jardin en bas de la maison, génial! Le seul point négatif serait l’isolation de la maison principale qui aurait pu être meilleure. Hôte gentil, à l’écoute et réactif. Je recommande!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Highly recommended! We were 12 guests, and had everything we needed and more. Both the indoor and outdoor facilities were awesome, and so well equipped - from the kitchen to the pool area. Lots of sunbeds and lounges for places to hang out as a group or private time. The villa is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area, with a nice view from the the whole property. We did some morning runs up the mountains before swimming in the pool, a perfect start to the day :) Everyone was happy with their rooms, beds, AC, bathrooms etc. From we made our booking well ahead, through check-in and our entire stay, the host was proactive, made sure we had everything we needed and replied quickly. In general, the host had made sure everything is well thought through and we just want to thank for an awesome week, and we cannot recommended it enough! Obrigado :)
