Perfect place to stay in Miami Beach! Fully stocked kitchen, on the beach, very clean and comfortable. Very kind staff and enjoyed the access to the amenities.

Enjoyed the stay over spring break. As a host myself trying to do work was a little challenging with the WI-FI being intermittent. On the beach and close walking distance to some amazing restaurants.

The Hilton Bentley is a great hotel and great location. Kate was quick to respond. I gave it only 3 stars primarily due to the horrific WiFi and no TV in the bedroom. Let me explain. The WiFi only works in the front of the room. At the bedroom door the signal is too weak to connect and you have zero service. Verizon doesn’t have any bandwidth in the bedroom door back either. So no tv is an annoyance as you can’t watch on your phone either. I brought this to Kate’s attention and she acknowledged my issue but I never heard anything back. Either way the WiFi only worked in the front of the unit. I understand this isn’t the hosts direct issue rather Hiltons but the room is advertised as a remote workspace. Even the front of the unit the WiFi is unstable and disconnect frequently on phone or laptop. I’m a lifetime diamond at Hilton and lifetime platinum at Marriott so I’ve stayed 1,000’s of nights in hotel the last 20 years and I am an expert in navigating hotel WiFi.
