Kate and Neil's place was fantastic, easy to get to with all the public transport in Melbourne, absolutely fabulous location and the view was amazing, just as the photos depict. Perfect location for a short visit to Melbourne.

Incredible service, we arrived later at night than we expected and Neil was still happy to meet us and show us up to the apartment. He was so helpful and friendly to our group. Location is amazing - yes the photos are actually the view from the room! The apartment itself was perfect for us and such incredible value for money too. Would 100% recommend and will definitely look here first if we return as a group!

Location, location, location We love this apartment, not only was the location so convenient but it was well equipped with everything we needed. My only negative was the lift was very noisy, so we appreciated the earplugs. Kate and Neil were very responsive and easy to organise check in. The little touches and the fruit and Easter eggs were a lovely touch

I can't recommend Kate and Neil's place highly enough if you're looking for a handy pied a terre in central Melbourne. It is super well located, an easy walk to trams and trains, not to mention lots of Melbourne's highlights. Communication with Kate and Neil was easy and friendly. Our check-in with Neil went very smoothly and we were given clear instructions on the best transport options for getting to the apartment from the station. The space is cosy, spotless and the beds comfortable. The views from Kate and Neil's place are amazing. At dawn each morning we were treated to a spectacle of hot air balloons passing overhead and on across the river. In the evening, Flinders St Station is fabulously lit, with the apartment looking out onto its verdigrised copper rooftops. We loved our stay and would certainly look to stay again next time we're in Melbourne. The only very minor downside is slight street noise, to be expected given the location. Light sleepers bring earplugs.
