Pro: Convenience location Mary is friendly, and communications was good Con: Decay smell in the kitchen bedroom and 2nd bedroom suspect from a dead possum on the roof Many flies in the house, found larvae dropped on the bed in 2nd bedroom and even on our clothes Entrance gate needs manitenance only opened just enough for a person to go through, tough when trying to carry luggage into the yard

We stayed at Mary's property at Camberwell, and it was pleasant. Mary had great communication and she made us feel welcome and was always available to answer questions or address any concerns. She even had some welcome goodies. The property had a great location for the purpose of our trip, and we were able to enjoy our stay. Mary even allowed us to accommodate 5 people during our stay for one more night at no extra cost. Thanks Mary. However, there were a few aspects of the property itself (understanding it is an old house) that could be improved: - Maintenance: The property could benefit from some general maintenance. There was dust buildup in some areas, including the couch, and some spider webs behind furniture. The shower fan also needs cleaning. - We experienced some noise disturbance from tram and possums on the roof and in the walls at night. While this is understandable since property is close to transport and the natural environment, it might be an issue for light sleepers.

If i could give Mary & Mach more than 5 stars i would, they have gone above and beyond with being so helpful with our check in and check out , They are absolutely the kindest and most helpful we have met! I cant recommend them enough! Our stay for was so peaceful and felt like home. Well organised home. Brgds. Capt. Benson & family
