The host was fine, but for those coming from out of town, know the location pin is nowhere near the actual location. It says Beverly Hills, but for those who know the area it is actually near 101 and Normandie. Host points out the home is “10 minutes from the pin”, but neighborhoods can change a lot in 10-15 minutes in LA. The home was clean and decent. Easy parking. Easy to find. Good kitchen. 3rd bedroom is more like a den or work area. Host was responsive.

First I’ll start off by saying, if you are looking for a good getaway to BEVERLY HILLS This is not THe place. The listing says BEVERLY HILLS however it is located in East HOLLYWOOD the location was noisy, on a busy street directly next to two gas stations, and a liquor store. Also, the home was dusty, floors were dirty and required cleaning. The bathroom was terrible, the water spout fell over when I touched it. I was informed to stay at the home while she contract a third party to fix the bathroom spout.. if that wasn’t the most inconvenient moment.. It happened on CHRISTMAS EVE.. it wasn’t a simple fix, HE had to pick up supplies and return.. I was advised to leave and reassured everything will be safe, although she just meant the plumber… my trip was a bummer!!! Let’s not forget to mention parking!!! Oh boy.. the gate had troubles opening and closing I was advised it does that sometimes and I’ll close on its on, the gate stayed opens for THREE full nights!!! I didn’t sleep because I
