My wife Tracey and I live on 100 acres of woodlot located on top of the picturesque Pembina Valley near La Riviere in Southern Manitoba. We bought the property in 1986 where we raised our 6 children and now welcome home even more grandchildren ( 10 already!!) Our goal has always been to create an environment our family looked forward to coming home to. We have been using the Barn since 2007 for family events and are excited to offer it on AirBNB for others. Our 30 by 80 ( 2400 square ft) barn loft features an open concept layout . The fully equipped kitchen includes double steel sinks, large counter and butcher block food prep area , full size fridge , oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes /cookware, 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig. Numerous round and rectangular tables offer ample seating for meals. A Bar area includes a mini fridge ,water cooler and apartment size deep freezer. A pool table, air hockey table and wide variety of board games are available to our guests. The full spacious bathroom has toilet, sink ,shower with supply of wash clothes, towels and essential tolietrees. Multiple couches including a hide a bed offer additional sleeping options to the already 4 queen beds. A kids area offers oodles of classic toys and books to keep little ones entertained. The loft has AC ( Brand new in 2023)

This place was absolutely perfect for our ski holiday to Holiday Mountain. We had 2 families with 6 kids ages 9,8,7,6,5, & 4 the place was perfect for them and us. Everyone had space. The girls got to feed his two beautiful horses. Plenty of outside play equipment. Games and books inside. This family thought of everything. They have plastic bags and Tupperware to pack your lunch at the hill. We even forgot syrup for pancakes and they had some at the place. Full kitchen and drink fridge. We can’t wait to go back next year. Definitely a yearly adventure, if not more. Perfect place for families and the hills great for learn to ski and board. Grey is very welcoming and is just a great guy! Highly recommend. Even has drying racks for your wet hill clothes. Just has everything. We used a couple of cots for the little kids and the rooms are big enough they could go right beside us. If you have little ones this place is perfect. Any one. Pool table and Air hockey. Great family!
We had a wonderful stay at the barn loft, the spacious common area hat a lot to offer, from a big tv to a pool table, the teenagers enjoyed their time. It is close to Holiday Mountain Ski Resort.

Our location provides convenient proximity, just a 5-minute drive to Holiday Mountain Ski Resort and a mere 20 minutes from both the Clearwater Harvest Moon Festival and Manitou's Honey Garlic Festival. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Pembina River, ideal for canoeing and fishing. For hunting enthusiasts, our area is a prime spot for Deer, Turkey, as well as goose and duck hunting.
