This house is beautiful! Spectacular views. We truly enjoyed our time at this wonderful home. We were looking for a place to spend some peaceful time with family and it fit the bill perfectly. Location is quiet and serene. Also, was great for day trips to Niagara Falls, Buffalo and Rochester. Greg is a wonderful host and they have thought of everything. If we ever find ourselves in that neck of the woods again, we will definitely check for availability.

Beautiful home in nice, quiet, relaxing setting. Well stocked kitchen with spices, tools, etc. Beds of average comfort. The view on the Lake is marvelous! It's in a serene location which is quiet- great for a relaxing get away. Very detailed instructions on house items. Felt well informed, and could understand why they feel protective of this gem. Would stay again, perhaps try the summer.

There was plenty to keep a family of five busy for a couple of cozy winter days on the lake. We enjoyed the game room very much and were able to take long walks around the neighborhood. The home's decks were really impressive, and there was a lovely fire pit out back that would be great during the warmer months. The kitchen was very well appointed and clean. Greg's place afforded lots of room to sleep many guests comfortably. Our only suggestion would be to remove the screens from the windows in the kitchen for the winter months to allow for an enhanced view of the beautiful lake. Greg responded to questions very quickly, which was appreciated!

Beautiful place, could hear the calming sounds of the lake as soon as we arrived. Everything inside was pristine and exactly as advertised. Greg was very responsive with any issues we had, and left detailed instructions.
