Bedrooms include smart OLED TV's and the highest grade pillowtop mattresses. This is the ultimate beach house for small families or business groups The first bedroom includes a queen bed, a pillow top mattress, a smart OLED TV, a restroom, and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom is bigger and it also includes a doube queen over queen bunk bed, a tub and a bigger closet. There is a 2 car garage for this unit that can be accessed thru the back alley. Property also includes an outside shower located on the left side of the property.

Beautiful place! Right across road from ocean. Easy to find. Rafayel was a great communicator and answered any questions quickly. We had some trouble with door locks but as soon as we entered code and pulled door in we were in. (That was exactly the instructions we got from Rafayel:) Could walk to ocean, coffee shops, restaurants very easily. Great location!
Great location and super comfy spot. Nicely decorated and well appointed.
The place was perfect for a quick gateway. Right by the beach, walking distance to the bike path, and only a few blocks from the famous 2nd street with all the restaurants and shops. The property was very clean and newly renovated. The designer furniture made the place feel like a Vegas hotel, and everything was brand new. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and extra bed sheets and toiletries. Will definitely be back!
