Cons: Bed sheets were dirty, had a slight unpleasant smell and had human hair on them. Privacy is a big deal for us. Property had cameras in the front and back yard. Host claims cameras were off during our stay but there was no way for us to verify that. Notion of being watched was uncomfortable. The shower curtain in the bathroom was extremely dirty and should have been replaced long ago. Sprinkler maintenance was done during our stay and host was going to allow the worker into our property while we were out. We had to show the worker into the house and we had to stay at the house until the worker finished the maintenance. Location of the house is far from most of the commercial area of Pensacola. Pros: Has a nice pool. Spacious for 8 people. Nice neighborhood. Washer and dryer was very useful. Kitchen fully equipped, ideal for cooking. Ultimately, I would not stay at this property again.

What a beautiful clean home in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. The home is located near a main street which easily connects to many major thoroughfares. Superb eating locations are within driving distance. This house is Uber spacious. Each room has enough room for every person to be comfortable. Beds are supportive. My grandson & his great-grands had a blast. The master bedroom is enormous with the huge closet off of the same. The kitchen, living & dining room offer ample space for persons to gather and just have fun together. Everything is labeled. The jack & Jill bathroom easily connects the other 3 rooms. The bonus area for me was the large clean pool area where you can enjoy eating outside, swimming in the pool when the weather is right, and just relaxing & where you may catch a glimpse of the Blue Angel training pilot planes pass by overhead. This is a perfect place to "Relax, Unwind and Enjoy!!" The host are friendly, helpful and responsive. Will highly recommend!!

House was perfect for our combined family trip. It was fantastic to have our own private pool. Kitchen was large enough to accommodate cooking for 8 people. Could have used a few more utensils/oven safe dishes. Definitely needs an upgraded coffee pot that can better serve multiple coffee drinking adults. Bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated, however mattresses were pretty firm. One of the beds was a mattress on a plywood platform. Bathrooms were clean. There were not many towels/wash cloths, so if you only used the ones provided you would have to wash a load daily. Overall, house was nicely furnished and clean. Close to beach, grocery stores, navy base. Would recommend to anyone wanting to avoid the crowds of condos and have a private pool.

Beautiful home that is much bigger than the pictures make it look. Fabulous pool. Within 30-45 minutes of multiple beaches.
