Very clean and full of kitchen utensils! No need to buy anything, everything was provided for day to day living unlike other property which provides bare minimum.

The flat is located close to the city centre with some nice pubs and a delicious bakery nearby. The flat is spacious and extremely light with a lovely view. Communication with the host was efficient but I did feel that five minutes of explanation by a human being would have been better than multiple videos and instructions. Although responses were quick when I raised a couple of minor issues, I am surprised that an agency can qualify as a superhost, I would have seen that as something more personal. But on the whole the flat is fine.

The flat was clean, and clutter-free. Access was easy and the flat was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Parking was in an underground carpark and instructions were clear. Flat is nicely situated and the views from the balcony are a really nice addition.

A lovely city apartment with a gorgeous city view! The place was bigger than we first thought from the pictures - exceeded all expectations!
