The apartment is very cozy and the host is helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again in the future. The only drawback is that parking at the apartment is not free.

Iva was excellent host. Communicative and always available to answer the questions. There were things that can be improved. hygiene and cleanest. There were hair around shower place. The smell came out from kitchen sink was bad. If the property hygiene and cleaness can be improved, this place is worth the money. But Iva has done a great job to host and I truly appreciate the hoapitality.

superb service. clean bedroom, floor, bathroom and with very functional AC both in living room and bedroom. the dispenser, water heater, and tv with netflix account embedded, provide unrivalled service. i must say 1000/100. worth the money.
