Cheng was really friendly and responsive throughout our stay. definitely will come back again if we ever go to ipoh. the place is clean and neat , super spacious too!

We were on holiday from the UK and stayed at this apartment at D'Festivo for a month. Security in and around the building was very polite and efficient. As a newly renovated apartment, one would expect a few minor shortfalls and Ms Cheng, the host, was very prompt and amenable to all our requests, which was a huge peace of mind for us. The apartment itself was very clean and well thought out. We've been very lucky to have found this apartment and will definitely stay here again when we return to Ipoh in future!
