Perfect place for our family of 5. Great location in Park Avenue area. Easy to walk to restaurants. Tim goes above and beyond - best stocked Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in. Left snacks, wine, fresh fruit, etc. Highly recommend Tim’s place and hope to stay there again.

The place was lovely and comfortable and Tim was an excellent host. It met all our needs and was in a great location on a quiet cut de sac yet easy walk to Park Ave. shops and restaurants. Close to 490 but we never noticed any noise. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved that Tim left us welcome gifts of food and wine. We had a couple of mechanical mishaps but Tim was incredibly responsive and had a plumber out that day. I recommend it.

I would definitely come back! In fact we hope to soon. Location is great. We walked to MAG, to Park Ave. and all around admiring the beautiful historic homes on East Ave. We drove to Lake Ontario to walk on the beach and down the pier to the light house! So picturesque. The house was perfect for 6 adults/3 couples. The environment was designed and laid out beautifully. Very zen. Very relaxed. And Tim went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs and wants were met. Thank you Tim! I look forward to next time.

Timothy was the perfect host, super communicative and genuinely concerned that our stay was going well. His house was spotless and had been decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable! The extras in the fridge and the snacks/drinks/coffee were much appreciated! Honestly, you couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Rochester!
