Well well well where should I start? Our flights to HK was going to arrive late , so I got someone to check in the room for us, the condition of the unit was barely acceptable (food scraps around the floor, kitchen area was so greasy ....)but what are we going to do when travelling with a 15 months old?? We just want to settle him and let him sleep, we ended up spending a few hours cleaning it ourselves. Few days later (here comes the fun part) the apartment just started to fall apart. (These are all TRUE and we took photos of everything to proof) the bath tub has blocked, the -quick wash- function on the washing machine doesn't work, and the worst bit ..... we came back to the apartment at night and found out the toilet sink was leaking !!!!! The whole bathroom floor was flooded with salty water (that's what they use for the toilet in HK) we were unhappy about the condition , took us another hour to clean the bathroom b4 we could bath our screaming 15 months old (he was over tired) . So on the next day , I wrote an email to the host (once again I got all the emails saved with me for future proof) the feedback I got from the host ..... not even a single sign of apologetic phrase could be found !!! So I send the host another email !!!! And guess what I got from her? These are exact wordings from the host (I simply can't understand why are you so angry and rude to me on the New Year day! Are you expecting that you are living in a 5 start hotel?) .......lol ..... my wife and I was like WTH? Are we angry ? Of course we are ..... but we decided not to further argue with the host as we reckon this will go to no where.. so we left that conversation there. 1 week after that ( we stayed at that apartment for 3 weeks ! Can't you believe that ? Wishing the holiday will come to an end ASAP ) the toilet sink had ANOTHER leak !!! This time instead of just emailing the host, I took photos of the leak and forwarded the photos to her. I think she then realised the extend of the problem and she replied us apologising for the issue . So if U ask us, did we enjoyed the stay ? Absolutely NOT. The location of the unit is good, but I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to go there.

Great location for New Territories. Shops and public transport available right downstairs. Kitty is a great host and very responsive. The flat has all the basics you need for a long stay.

Our host Kitty did an AMAZING job with the flat. The flat was exactly as described, and Kitty is super nice! The neighborhood is absolutely perfect because the flat is right next to a railway station, bus station, and taxi stand. It's easy to travel to both Kowloon and Central, and it's really cool to stay in Ma On Shan. Speaking of Ma On Shan, there are also some great hiking opportunities here, as well as BBQ. As far as safety is concerned, well pretty much every place in HK is safe and Ma On Shan is no exception. Highly recommended!!!

Kitty is amazing hostess! Everything was perfect! Location is great, near MTR, the sea and the shops Definitely stay here if you're planning to go to Hong Kong!

Kitty was an amazing host and so kind! The location of the apartment was perfect and convenient to shops and supermarket (they were right under the apartment complex). Comfortable and clean, I couldn't ask for more!
