the place was great, exactly what we needed for the holidays. very peaceful and in a beautiful area, short walk to a nearby lake. The house is spacious, has a game room with a large TV and board games, lot's of fun. the kitchen was remodeled and well equipped, nice LG appliances. The listing said no shampoo/essentials but it had everything we need for our 8-night stay. The host was responsive and quick to address a concern we had. One note - the master bed mattress is a firm memory foam so it took a few days to get used to it.

Excellent home with everything we needed. The location was beautiful with a short drive to the ski resort.

The place was clean. Beautiful surroundings. Kitchen was great, new appliances and a nice environment to eat and cook. Cozy and warm. Easy access to Angel Fire Ski resort. The downsides: TV was small and older - no streaming ability. No hot tub. The thing that needs to change is that we were expected to haul our trash out to a place about 3 to 4 miles away. I have never had that in any AirBnB places I stayed in the past. Not a reasonable request given what we paid to stay. The norm is that we deposit the trash in a bin at the property.
