房间和设施很新，就在市中心，去河边、公园、市场、公交中心车站和购物中心都很近

The stay at the 'Stylish City Centre Penthouse Suite, Bedford' was excellent. Cloud Nine was a great host, very clear instructions, proactive communications, accurate description, etc. etc. The place itself was a building that clearly had many Airbnb flats as there were several lockboxes outside the property. The Cloud Nine lockboxes were clearly marked. The building access from the outside was straight forward, but a bit of learning upon arriving at the actual flat door. The flat was as described, well cleaned, neat and organized. The location was excellent and provided easy access to everything we were looking for in Bedford.

Trying to decide between 2 or 3 places to stay in Bedford? Choose one of the other ones. The flat is in a superb location with an easy walk to everything and we always found a parking space on site. But check-in was a nightmare as the cleaners had put the key in the wrong unmarked lockbox and the one we had been given the code for is extremely difficult to open as it collects water and is rusty. We had to find someone with wifi to be able to message them and only accidentally found a phone number, they had not wanted to give us one. It is a miracle we ever got in. But then there was dirty wet washing in the machine and they gave us the wrong wifi code. No info sheet. TV is just Netflix/Prime. Showers very poor heads need renewing. A flat for 5 people with only 3 bowls, forks & soup spoons, 2 glasses and only one hanger, bulbs gone in bathroom lights and no hairdryer either. Eventually they corrected the worst oversights but we lost some of our short holiday. Won't stay with them again.
