The place met the expectations set in the pictures & description and has a great price/performance ratio. Everything was clean and tidy except the shower, which was useable but should probably be renovated (the floor tiles were coming off and it smelled kind of bad). The close distance to the beach and the fact that it has a balcony are really nice. The communication was a bit tricky; we never met in person and only texted. A lot of the time I felt that there were misunderstandings so I'm wondering if she wrote in Albanian and it got auto-translated - that would explain the confusing phrasing in some messages. All in all, if you're looking for a safe and affordable place to sleep close to the beach, this Airbnb is perfectly fine.

Wij verbleven 3 nachten. Valentina reageerde meteen toen we aankwamen. Vrij snel daarna kwam iemand de sleutel brengen. Voor ons geen probleem dat er geen engels gesproken werd, airbnb vertaald toch wel. Valentina kon goede tips geven voor in de omgeving. Het appartement ligt gunstig, vlakbij verschillende stranden, winkels en restaurants. Het uitzicht is niet al te mooi vanaf het balkon, door alle afval die daar gedumpt werd. Verder is het appartement prima. Het leek wel of er iemand woont, die was vertrokken toen wij kwamen. De was zat nog in de wasmachine, er stond een tandenborstel en veel andere persoonlijke spullen en eten. Dat vonden wij raar. Het geheel oogt wat rommelig. De douchevloer is stuk en wat scherp. Als Valentina deze punten zou verbeteren, zou het perfect zijn. De ruimte en ligging is echt dikke prima. Al met al een prima verblijf.
