Newly renovated, air-conditioned, modern apartment just a few steps away from CC Yumbo and 10 min walk from the beach. Fully furnished and with fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, fast WiFi, modern bathroom and a terrace with the pool view. In the building there's a private swimming pool, there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, ideal for couples or groups of friends. The living room comes with a terrace, there's a separate bedroom with a glass wall that can be opened to the living room through double glass door. The terrace overlooking the pool is ideal for dining or evening relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction stove, coffee machines and a large fridge with a freezer. You can find there everything you need for self-catering. There's a washing machine for the guests convenience, fast WiFi, either for leisure or work - the working station is set up in the living room, there are also: a 50'' smart tv, a soundbar, a safe box and air-conditioning in both rooms.

I booked this stay last minute literally at the airport before I got on the plane. Lukasz confirmed my booking straight away & he sent me the address, entry codes and a full PDF file with operating instructions for all the electrical appliances in the kitchen, the TV and soundbar. I walked inside & wow the apartment was spotless & had everything you could think of that you’d need for your stay. There was even a selfie stick, washing and dishwasher tablets. Herbs & spices in the cupboard, 2 coffee machines & coffee pods the only thing you really need to bring is yourself, clothes and toiletries it has everything else you could need. I messaged Lukasz a couple of times & I always got a reply within a few minutes. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre, 3 minutes to a supermarket & around 10 minutes to the beach it’s the perfect location for everything & it was so quiet at night it was pride & you couldn’t hear the Yumbo music on the balcony. I will be returning THANK YOU x
Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement in Gehdistanz zum Yumbo Center aber auch Strand. Ich habe während des Aufenthalts auch gearbeitet was optimal möglich war.
Wir waren 4 Wochen hier und alles war einfach perfekt: Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock, sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten von Strand, Einkaufszentrum, Lokalen und Busstation entfernt. Modern, funktionell und mit Stil eingerichtet. Strandtücher und sogar Reservebettwäsche und Handtücher standen zur Verfügung (das haben wir noch nie zuvor erlebt). Lucasz war ein perfekter Gastgeber: Danke für den Prosecco zur Begrüßung und die guten Restauranttipps - wir haben so einige befolgt. Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder.
La casa di Lucasz è molto curata e pulita. Ha un bel bagno, cucina funzionale, materasso eccellente, biancheria profumata, balcone grazioso. Inoltre Luca è stato molto gentile nell’ agevolare il mio check in, e nel fornirmi immediatamente una cosa di cui avevo bisogno. Grazie per la professionalità! Consigliato!
Easily the best apartment we have stayed in PDI. Very stylish, clean and a large modern shower with unlimited hot water. Kitchen very well appointed, plenty of equipment even a dishwasher. It is on the road down to the beach but never had any problems with noise and a nice view over the opposite bungalows to the mountains. Nice to not have any steps, just a gentle slope down to the beach or up to the Yumbo. Great host, we managed to lose the key but it was sorted within 2 hours with a new lock fitted. Didn’t make us feel bad even though it was our fault. Will definitely be back
