Unfortunately the whole check in process was not ideal. Nobody answered to our text massages. We had to call twice to get somebody in the phone. The whole apartment is part of a huge complex. This has nothing to do with main idea of an Airbnb. You have to drive all the way to a Supermarkte where the reception is. There you get a key (no infos in advance, how to go for the check in) The couch in the apartment was not prepared. After calling they told us we have to do the bedding by ourselfs…. The sauna is also not part of the apartment: you share it with all the other rooms and only get a time window of 1 hour per day. Washing machine was missing and the fire place was closed.
