I have spent five days at Jana's place and it was awesome. I would 100% recommend.

unfortunately i never made it inside jaya's place. we had connected the day before , but on the day i was to check in, i followed the instructions, downloaded the app for the keyless entry, and it didn't work. she was unresponsive, and i waited in the lobby for 6 hours with all my luggage (i was to stay there for a month) until i made other arrangements for the night. her number, as well as the other one she gave, went straight to voicemail. at around 11pm she messaged saying she misplaced her phone, saying she wanted to work something out and could get me the physical keys in an hour. i had already rebooked another place that was less convenient (i was traveling for work). i lost a day and was exhausted for my week of work ahead. maybe it was a genuine mistake, but seeing that she hadn't received confirmation that i had made it inside, i think she could've been more diligent and maybe checked her messages from a computer, at least. it was disappointing, i was excited to stay there.

This place was beautiful and had every thing that we could possibly need. It was extremely clean as well. We drove a few hours to get to Toronto, so it was nice to have a parking spot free and always available. It was close to transit stations and in a peaceful part of the city, not too much hustle and bustle. I felt safe and sound here. One thing that bothered us was the unresponsiveness of the host. The phone number she gave me would not go through and she hardly answered me on AirBnB app. I had trouble with check in and check out and I didn’t get any help from her. Overall a great experience, just would appreciate better communication, still a wonderful place to stay though! We would go back if we are ever in Toronto again!

Jaya’s place is great! Really spacious, lots of stuff to do nearby, and very clean. The only thing I ran into was that there wasn’t a functional smoke detector in the unit, which is a fire code violation in Ontario. I would definitely recommend staying here, just check the fire alarm and CO detector.

Evimizde gibi hissettik. Bir evde bulmak isteyeceğiniz her şey vardı. Her şey temizdi, eşyalar ve mobilyalar temiz ve zevkliydi. İdeal büyüklükteydi. Sessizdi, huzurluydu. Lobi’deki görevliler çok yardımcıydı. Yazın ve baharda daha da güzel olacağına eminiz. Kaldığımız en iyi airbnb evlerinden biriydi.
