Our stay at this beautiful condo was great ! We had 5 adults and each of us had the privacy we needed as well as spaces to gather and enjoy the view. The outside deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails and dinner. The entire condo was immaculate, and had whatever we needed for the pool, cooking and the 2.5 bathrooms were enough for our group. It's a 5 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, and a quick drive to Publix and The Mercato, which has great shopping and loads of good restaurants. Michelle and Chad were very responsive and available to answer any questions. We recommended this place to 2 friends who live in the area and have family visiting.

Pictures do not do this condo justice. Gorgeous, spotless, and spacious. Less than 5 minutes from the beach and the Ritz Carlton. Just steps away from either pool. Great communication throughout stay! Loved it!!

Location was perfect for accessing Vanderbilt Beach. We rented bikes and biked to other beaches and for basics when we didn’t feel like walking. Condo was very clean and felt very spacious for four of us. There is some normal wear and tear that could be updated but overall felt clean and modern. Plenty of towels and all the basic necessities (handsoap, toilet paper, trash bags etc) were provided. Plenty of dishes and pots etc for cooking. There are two pools, the second is on the second floor of building 1. There are two workout rooms (we missed the weight room until our third day). Security was friendly and easy to navigate (this is a gated community). Some hurricane restoration is still occurring but it was not too bothersome and to be expected and all the main amenities are available. We enjoyed walking to Buzz’s lighthouse for a happy hour before hitting the beach for the beautiful sunsets. We loved this property and would definitely again if we travel back to this area.
