Other than a minor communication issue where I messaged on Airbnb twice and waited 4 days for a response before finally calling customer service, everything was great. It was a beautiful property with easy access to Lava Beds National Monument and Crater Lake (both 1 hour away). It is also a fairly easy 3-hour drive to the Safari Park in Winston, OR. Property was spacious with plenty of beds, and it was spread out enough to not hear noise from the other people in your party when you're trying to sleep. Good sized kitchen (though a little dated), but perfectly functional. It is located in the Running Y Ranch, so you can get access to several paid amenities on the grounds. This includes a spa, massages, mani/pedis, a full golf course, market, and restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place if you wanted somewhere close to Crater Lake and surrounding attractions. Would definitely book again if I'm in the area!

great location, great scenery

This house was exactly as described. It is in a great location at the Running y with access to all the amenities provided by this resort. The hosts were very good at communicating with us. We have been staying at the Running Y for 20 years now and find it a very family friendly place. This house wasn't as comfortable as some of our previous places. The beds were all the foam mattress type and essentially on the floor, very low. One of the trundle beds had a severe dip in the middle. The tv in the living room is quite high above the fireplace. It's difficult to watch as your neck gets tired from viewing at that angle. There is only one other tv in the master bedroom. Most homes have a tv in every bedroom. Everything about the house is minimalist. It has just enough and nothing more. The kitchen was supplied well with coffee and condiments. There was a supply of games in the cabinet. We enjoyed our stay.
