Great little house! Exactly as expected. I will warn you- the neighbors rooster begins crowing at 3:30ish in the morning and doesn’t stop until after the sun is up. It is loud enough to interrupt sleep.

Great place to stay! We rented this house for 3 weeks & it was perfect for what we were needing. Host was very quick to respond back with any questions that we had. Very impressed with this house, it is so nice and clean on the inside.

We were happy to find a place very near Brazos Bend. Stay was as expected from the description and other reviews. Saved us a lot of driving to visit family nearby!

The accommodations were exactly as described, very clean, nice appliances, and nice decore. Mr. Suman was quick to respond to my questions. It is in the country, with chickens next door, just as mentioned in previous posts, so that was expected. The only issues we encountered were not large issues and perhaps not controllable. The hot water was only warm and there was no access to the hot water heater to increase the temperature. After speaking with the host, who returned my call immediately, and flipping the circuit braker off and on it was slightly warmer. There were not enough towels for the number of people booked and there was a shortage of plates and eating utensils, but we had plastic ware and paper plates with us. Mr. Sulman offered to bring more towels on Saturday and apparently other guests had removed items from the kitchen. I would recommend this property to others, especially if you want easy access to Skydive Spaceland.
