Kevin was helpful and friendly to communicate with, also quick to respond. The place was spacious and the area was nice and quiet. Location was perfect as you are very close to the freeway and are almost centrally located, you can get to any part of the Phoenix metro relatively quickly. The 2 car garage was also really nice as it’s rare to find in Air BNBs. Would book again.

Excellent place to stay! Centrally located to downtown Phoenix surrounding cities. Great private space and convenient amenities. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great set up.

Kevin was great to work with and easy to reach/communicate with. Prior to booking, we needed yo be close to a venue & he told us how many miles away the house was(w/o giving exact details) While we were there he was an excellent host

Absolutely 100% recommend this amazing, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated townhouse. Kevin's place has everything you need and more (putting green, chilled beer mugs). Peaceful neighborhood with restaurants and stores nearby, and also easy access to freeways. We loved the canal view with the walking/biking paths along it. The upstairs bedrooms and baths are amazing, comfy beds, fine towels, lots of pillows, views. Kevin is an amazing, responsive host. This luxurious gem really made this a wonderful week in Phoenix.
