Esteban’s place was beautiful from the moment we pulled up to the gate. The view just can’t be beat, and the palm trees are magical. Esteban is very responsive, which is a good thing because you have to text him each time you need to get in or out of the gated community for him to open the gate. This was a little inconvenient since I was the only one with cell service, so I either had to be with the group leaving or give them my phone. It also made us limit our trips in and out of town. That being said, Esteban was responsive. The water heater wasn’t working in one of the bathrooms, so he had someone come out within a day to fix it, which we really appreciated. I would stay here again if I was looking for a relaxing vacation with beautiful views. Bonus points, we saw two red macaws while we were there.

I traveled to CR with my husband 3 y/o & best friend. Esteban's home is PERFECT. The pool has a swim-up bar where we hung out while my husband grilled. The inside has beautiful floors and an open kitchen where we spent much of our time snacking and drinking wine chilled in the wine fridge. There's a large gravity water filter in the kitchen. The master BR was HUGE with high ceilings. There's also a large day/trundle bed combo in the master-perfect for our little one. This home is ideal for families as it has a trampoline and toys! The AC units in each of the BRs work amazingly. Esteban is a true gem. My friend's flight was re-routed forcing her to take a nearly 4hr cab ride. Esteban spoke w/her and the cab driver putting us all at ease. Once she arrived the driver's card reader didn't work. I messaged Esteban and he paid the driver! He also helped to arrange for flowers, wine, and fruit to be delivered for my friend's birthday! Esteban was such a gracious and responsive host! Gracias!

I’ve been booking Airbnbs for a long time and let me just say this: Esteban was by far one of the most responsive, attentive, and accommodating hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with. We had an issue with the flight, which then resulted in having to land at another airport and then take a crazy long taxi to his place. Then the taxi driver’s point of sale system wasn’t taking our cards- Esteban stepped in and saved what could have been an ugly situation. His home was the epitome of relaxation and beauty. The swim up bar, the cleanliness, the visitors (read: exotic animals) that came to visit- all made this place a top tier destination! 10/10 recommend!
