Great stay. Very roomy, views are great, lots to do. Check in was easy, and we loved the checkout process, we didn’t have to clean the whole place like some airbnbs have you do. Only complaint is the unexpected parking fees that can only be reimbursed if you attend a 90 minute seminar and the whole family has to attend. That would’ve been me, my husband, and two kids aged 2 and 4. We just ate the cost because our time is more valuable. The listing does not accurately describe this, they say the meeting isn’t an obligation, which is a poor way to phrase it, because you ARE obligated to if you don’t want to pay the $105 + $15 every time you leave cost. Also, the management service operating this listing are not good, very slow response time. Still worth the stay, we had a good time.

(This doesn't have to be posted.) We stayed at the Wyndham Resort in Daytona Beach and they were awesome. We had an issue and they were very quick to respond. Kristin the housekeeping manager was beyond professional. She did everything in her power to make us happy. The night manager Danny was also fantastic. He was very responsive to our needs. If the place itself was very nice. It's a time share so they try to get you to go to the presentation which was annoying. We had to reach out to Airbnb and they were fantastic. However, there is no way to get in touch with livesuites when you have a problem. There was no customer support except for a link. When you click on the link and send a message, you just get a standard reply. I don't feel anyone reads what you sent. Airbnb is working to resolve my issue.

Great trip. Contact at first was a struggle but the stay was super nice and we were upgraded from the resort at no charge.
