The Appartment is as described, very convenient, comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, 24-hour reception and security guard. Close to many shops, restaurants and bars, with public transport nearby. As in many places in Colombia, you should be careful in the night if you are in the street walking. Camilo is very friendly, flexible and always offers support and advice when asked. I'd definitely recommend him!

First of all I want to thank Camillo for allowing me to check in earlier . It wS very appreciated. The building is in a very good location. The flat is very clean and has a beautiful view. Unfortunately it didn't have a kettle as advertised or a facility to make coffee. Also no washing machine inside the flat. There is a washing room on the second floor of the building but the app to use it didn't work. When I asked downstairs the security dismissively said that if I had a problem I could use the laundry service next door which charged me 40000 COP. The main problem I had with Camilo's place was security. I explicitly asked the host if I could bring a friend over for a drink before booking and host confirmed that I could by showing ID. When I invited a friend for a glass of wine security didn't let him in saying it had to be pre approved by host. It was upsetting and if I had known this was not allowed I would have not booked. When I wrote to host about it he never took notice.
