Loved the house! Nice interiors and plenty of space. Clean and comfortable- VERY comfy beds. Quick and easy drive to all that the surrounding towns have to offer including super close to Round Top for all of your shopping and dining needs. David was easy to communicate with. Will stay again!

Charming Airbnb conveniently located near Round Top. There are horses on the property.

Booked 1 of his 2 places on property - place we booked wasn’t ready even though it was being offered for rent (our trip was last minute but still shouldn’t have been offered if it wasn’t ready) He offered the 2nd place on property - albeit bigger it was dirty dirty - floors, window seals, sinks, toilets, showers full of dead bugs. Beds were made but 1 of 3 stayed in were made but linens were dirty. Partial refund requested but denied by host due to ‘it was clean when I was there last’ type of resolution - Airbnb wouldn’t do anything because I didn’t file an ‘alteration’ to my reservation when ended up in the 2nd house (didn’t know that was a thing but now I do) - No WiFi password given / 1 of 2 tv’s worked / no checkout instructions - maybe we got that part right?
