Part of the Four Seasons Resort, comfy property with onsite health club, lots of games and toys, 50inch HD smart TV, >500 Dvds, PS3, karaoke, American fridge freezer. There is a stargazing heated observatory. Central location by A40 giving you quick access to the best attractions. Beach 20 mins, Castles 5 mins, Royal Botanic Gardens 5 mins, Waterfall 5 mins, nearest big town 10 mins, local walks along river or hills, Pub 5 mins. Would suit a family of up to 4 adults and/or 2 or 3 kids. The space is set up for families and short breaks. There is a selection of toys, playstation and dvd player with over 150 dvds to choose from. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and single camping bed in each room. There is also a baby cot. The cottage sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby. Smart TV, over 300 DVDs, fast WiFi, board games, kids toys. Use the onsite health club with swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room that you have discounted access to. You can book the health club for exclusive use if you want extra privacy.

Communication clear and friendly. Pool and facilities were really clean and a 30 second walk. Building works being done but didn’t disrupt us at all, it will be a beautiful site once it’s finished. The place was well equipped and really toasty and clean. The kids loved the toy boxes. We’ll worth a visit

A lovely cottage and had everything we needed. The spa and swimming pool were lovely and enjoyed using them. Peaceful and relaxing we would definitely recommend it and we will be back soon. Thank you so much for our lovely stay

Amazing stay! Squeaky clean rooms in a spacious house and a great location. The spa was great as well.
