The house was amazing: the surrounding trees, the river below and Hyams beach right around the corner. We'll come back.

Fantastic house and location! Loved the trees and you could hear the waves. So close to beach and cafe. Nice interior, well equipped kitchen, great layout. We’re definitely coming back!

Great location close to the beach. The house has lots of potential but definitely needs a deep clean! The 3rd bedroom is a high bedroom not even suitable for kids as the ladders are fairly dangerous to climb and not much headspace. The Holidays Collection agency was very responsive in dealing with the shortcomings noted at our arrival and sent over a cleaner. Overall - beautiful place but not the best deal for what you pay.

Lots of potential, but disappointing. We booked this place because it was advertised as 3 bedrooms. The third “bedroom” is not a proper bedroom. It is a ceiling space (above bathrooms) with a mattress placed in it. Very high ladders - wouldn’t even recommend for kids. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Lots of bugs (dead and alive) on arrival, particularly in the bedrooms. Kitchen utensils need a proper clean. The place could do with more than just a surface level clean. Beds were not very comfortable either. Mattresses are old and need replacing. Location was great. Just steps from Hyams beach. But there not many restaurants or food options nearby (either need to byo or head to Vincentia or Huskisson).
